Job Title: Technical Director
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

• Ensuring Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of all tractors and implements are done
• Applying proper Supervisory skills to all workshop activities
• Ensuring adequate training and guidance of technical staff
• Any other duty that may be assigned by management

Requirements

• Between 30-45 years of Age
• BSc. /HND in Automotive engineering or similar field
• At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory position in a large scale fully mechanized farming establishment using farm tractors and complementary implements.
• Ability to comprehend schematics and specifications
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts

Competencies:

• Good Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
• Possess significant knowledge of tractor parts and implements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent Teamwork skills
• Efficient client management

Job Location: Kaduna
