Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Description
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service specific questions and cross-selling
- Register new members.
- Resolve product or service complaint.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies in keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:SSCE
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Experience in working with children preferred.
- Good team player.
- Close proximity to kado estate preferred
